It follows a very specific training protocol and meal plan for each and every day of the 60 day program. It is customizable to any medical limitations and dietary needs. Each client receives up to 24 personal training sessions & 8 nutrition sessions with the flexibility of 60 days to use all sessions. You will also get unlimited use of our cardio equipment during regular facility hours.
